Domestic shipping policy

Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International shipping policy

Depending on country, delivery provider and priority, customs delivery may various between 7 and 30 business days.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing order tracking number(s). The tracking number only will be provided to client if our delivery company provides to us.

Customs, duties and taxes

Evorro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on non-physical products or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Evorro. All of our goods come with the full international guarantee. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that ours goods is fully guaranteed against workmanship faults.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Evorro will repair or replace or refund, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normaluse and maintenance. We will cover all shipping costs related to warranty.

What will we do to correct problems?

Evorro will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

What will we do if we unable to fix issues?

Evorro will either replace the product at no charge or refund.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for Physical Goods purchased from Evorro is 2 years from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good for 2 years from the date of replacement or repair.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship also battery malfunctions.
